Surprise They Worked Really Well

I was a skeptic thinking that this patch might not work as well as melatonin taken by mouth, but I was surprised to find after 2 night's experiment that these patches worked pretty well. If you are the kind of sleeper I am--a few hours out like a light and then toss and turn--these may work the same way they did for me--made it easy to stay groggy for 6 hours or more. I really don't know how fast they worked, but they did keep me asleep when it mattered the most. Easy to put on, I had to find a fur-free spot on my rib cage to get it to stick well. They have a light fragrance. Worth a shot for anyone looking for an easy way to get to sleep.

Works within 30 mins of applying the patch. Puts me right to sleep and keeps me asleep for the entire night. It does not leave you with a groggy feeling when you wake up. Highly recommend!

Nice Sleep Aid

I am a light sleeper, especially working third-shift and trying to sleep during the unnatural hours of the day. So far, I am a fan of these patches. I don't like taking anything for sleep and rely on relaxing scented lotions or teas for bed, so these patches were right up mu alley. These patches are easy to use. I stick one patch on my wrist and it sticks well throughout my entire sleep. I have been feeling a lot more refreshed waking up no matter if I had 6 or 8 hours of sleep which is all I could ask for.
